when flushing the water is slowly and not enoght to
clean the dirty things. I need to flush twice. How to do?
Also the button is lower why?

May be some sand block the inlet?  Call EMO to fix it OR clean by yourselve.

我亦試過同等情況，搞左一輛之後，發覺原來很簡單的。
你轉開厕水箱的蓋後，用手將中間之灰色軸心逆時針轉到差不多儘位，蓋回厕水箱蓋後，頂粒掣會回復原位，沖水力也會增大。
(蓋回厕水箱蓋前，要注意灰色軸心的凹位，與外白膠圈的凹位成一真線，再與頂粒掣對好位，這才能容易地將水箱蓋蓋回)
