Could it be Overheat? Have you got enough fans and also check if the heat sink temperture.  I agree with the others that the Motherboard might have burnt...  :dead: or do you always move the PC around which lead to a loose connection?

There are some other suggestion.
1. Disconnect all hard drive. Harddrive fault or cable short circult may make mother board stop response.

2. If you use Pentium 4 check the 4-pin connector connective

3. Try remove AGP display and power on system you will hear 4 beep (one long 3 short) when mother board function.
when AGP FAN stop will can make AGP display short circult (I've seen 2 to 3 times before)

如果都唔得 我有Debug Card. 要唔要試試?
