Today Miss Lau from HSBC called and confirmed no need to buy. They accepted RC master policy. :em11:

Sure they will refund it to you.
But why you paid for it by my understanding (at that time) 80% was no need to buy fire insurance for RC (since more than 2 banks had already accepted RC master policy) now you need to wait for the refund & hope you can get it before X'mas. :em12:
