also  佢地幾時先會gei個大堂air-cond. 個air-cond又唔cold 又leak water ...

3165-1280 is Defect Dept Tel. no EMO no. is 3165-1500.
You're right yesterday afternoon I saw rubbish on the lift lobby floor today morning is still on it. This rubbish stay on the floor almost 18 hrs still nobody removed it.

Don't trust that they'll return your call. If more than an hour nobody call back you'd better call again & again wait until somebody pick up the phone.
in the past it is acceptable because it may be too many people call them and without voice mail. BUT now ...... no improvement......
