一座Delta

自去年六月簽訂買賣合約後不久，這個綱站便陪了我一年多，未買這個樓花前，我根本不知藍澄灣位於青衣何處，後來到地盤一看，心裏便冷了了半截，因為周邊的環景實在比想象差，但所有決大都是自己做了，可以怨誰？隨後的日子是每天都到這綱站流連，看到不同人士的所見所聞，報導藍澄灣一土一石的發展，有正面的，亦有負面的，總的來說，正面是多過負面的，心中的石頭亦日漸減輕。看到小YUEN便人譏諷英文不好，大家好言安慰，維護之情，躍於綱上，看到中原先生眨低藍澄灣的言論，大家群起而攻之，所用之詞句，都顯出大家都有很好的修養，甚至SAGA對提供寛頻所引起的辨論，大家都只是以事論事，並沒有任何的惡言惡語相向。在這段期間內，不少人不斷提供有用的資訊，如火生火等，尤以積肥提供的綱站，當這綱站發生問題時作為後援，還有邊個邊個‧‧‧
到了今年四月，得知開始收樓，在患得患失的等待下，終於在四月下旬輪到我，因為經濟和租務問題，我於收樓後一星期後便搬進新屋，基本上我是沒有任何的裝修，所有執漏都是在入伙後進行，可能我的要求低，我只做以下的補換：
地磚三塊；
全屋玻璃﹝一塊是好的，尚餘兩塊和一塊新加的未有貨】
多條裂痕﹝曾修補三次﹞
浴缸塞斷﹝使用了一個月後﹞

同時，在居住期內，一些管理的問題亦使我留下深刻印象，如上星期某個大風雨的半夜四點，冷氣機發出不明噪音，於是致電管理處﹝保安部﹞，十五分後，一位師父便來到，雖然噪音己停止，但對方仍然檢查一番，但找不出原因，但對方並沒有任何怨言，並承諾跟進，對於這位師父，本人十分欣賞。
本來我並不算發任何意見，但最近看到不少人士發表的不少意見言論，有悲情煸情的，有謾駡的，對於以上人士，我有如下看法：
不要一開始就將自己於在人家的對立面，一問日是駡人，人家不會真心幫你工作。
對於政府未來的基建批抨，我覺得如你們真是這樣關將來，你們應不會買藍澄灣的。
對於將建的天橋公路，香港那一區幾乎都有，實際上的噪音並不如有人在你樓上打麻雀。
對於一切合情、合法、争取合理權益的行動，我全力支持擁護；但對於煸情，謾駡，不切實際的行為，本人絶不認同。
以上言論，實屬一時感觸，所以本人不會回應，內文如有得罪之處， 或有自動對號入座的人士，多多得罪，多多包涵。

Give me a break. Someone will come within 15mins at 4:00am! RC must has a team of technican providing 7x24 on-site standby services. This service is better than any estate in Hong Kong! Do you think that the RC residents are so stupid to believe this?

Please be clever next time when you want to promote services of HXX. If you are really the employee of HXX I think that you are wasting the money of HXX. Now I understand why the services from HXX is so "good"; cause HXX has "clever" employees.

在每次下大雨的時候，我家的冷氣機也發出燥音，講真，管理處在這件事上是很幫手的。他們來過三次，第一次他們找來豐擇的員工，但找不到原因，第二次是管理處加上保和的員工，也找不到原因，第三次是豐擇的員工，知道是甚麼原因，相信不會再發生，我在辦公時間內call他們，他們也很幫手，也很快叫同事上來，但每次也不會快到15mins 內來到，何況是非辦公時間，再加上保安部不會理會官理處的事情，所以我不相信閣下的文章內容。

咁又唔駛咁激話人係和記人，雖然我都唔相信半夜會有人上來，但可能只是Delta手文之誤。又或者真有其事也未可知。可能是對面酒店在趕工的師傳呢。

Totally agree it really impossible that they will sever you at 4:00AM and coming within 15 min after your called? please create the stroy with logicality next time... :em13:  :em13:

Check the message log and IP pinpoint that guy out.... we are real RC owner/occupant Mr. deltx and all those message seems provide a very positive image of RC mgt. office apparently such message is NOT from RC real owner.  Especailly talking about calling the mgt office at 0400 arrive in 15 mins? Totally impossible I quite understand the working procedure of mgt office this is totally impossible unless the call is from Police/Emergency Service otherwise I think they will come in 15 hrs!!

I hope those pretending RC people STOP making fake message here. If the log shows you are really not RC occupant/owner post such message here and try to provide fake/false/improper message on behalf of some people for the benefit of a particular group I think we can/will take further actions to report to proper parties don't think no one know what you are doing/pretending.

The above messgae only represent my wordings and not the RC group however.  If you are real owner I am very sorry for my wordings.
