Town Gas

I asked town gas to supply gas to my flat last week but  the technician told me that he found gases are leaking from pipes.  Today they came to check and could find a reason.  And they will come again tomorrow.  Do you know what I can do if this matter cannot be fixed?  How should I react? :em06:   Thanks to share your view.

You must get them fix the root cause of the problem there is no other option!  It's not just for your own safety and health but for everyone else that live close to your flat!  You should escalate within Town Gas and RC management if this problem is not fixed.

Of course if it is fixed i won't use town gas.  But what's the use of those stoves and water heater then!  Could I ask for compensation?
