去管理處投訴完全無用吾知你地有無如此情形.

I'm sorry to say but this is really not the excuse (don't know where is the rubbish collection point) to put rubbish anywhere in public area.

Shouldn't we have the initative to find out?
Let's see how you will feel if a neighour have 10 times more rubbish than you and put at 電梯口 or elsewhere.
To make it worst we have no ventilation over there.

This is the problem of oneself's 修養.

Anyway i repeated my complaint to the management office and they promise to 1) investigate 2) post notice and the request of addition rubbish bin is still under consultation.
