I just want Hang Cheong refund the deposit to me only cos they didn't deliver any one funiture to me within 60 days. And no one contact me or follow up my case so far. Even Ms Ng also just cut off the telephone line then no solution at all.

Yes i asked Hang Cheong what's going on and noticed them i would complain them and request for refund. But they said that it is my fault because I didn't alert them to deliver the funiture earlier. Actaully I didn't argue with them (never) becos I think it's useless so I just raise the complain to Consumer Council directly and hope Consumer Coucil could help me get back the deposit. And I won't trust Hang Cheong anymore so I am now seeking for another funiture company. Hope I could move in RC asap.
