Good method to follow the defect ! from bascodaddy !

Dear All

I m a tower 1 resident. Yestersday i contacted the  supervisor in rambler crest talking about the defect and asked them when they will finish the defect. The supervisor told me that its all depends on ( Po Wah construction). I m extremely angry about this answer so i directly contacted the Hutchison company ( the boss of  Po Wah ).
The operator passed my phone call  to a very helpful lady who is called Joely Wong !.
  According to Miss Wong Po wah should complete the repairment within 1 month !
  After my phone call there are few workers coming to my room and starting the repair !
  PLease dont waste time to neogotiate with the service center in rambler crest  direct contact to Hutchison and the hutchison will follow your case and thier action is much much faster !!
