Very Disappointment About The Quality Of The Flat

My God! I found my flat has no "Good" place at all...... Every part has the defects.... :cry:

Mr Jim said we checked the flat in quite details. However he can still found defects that we cannot recognize at all. Overall we are quite satisfy his service. :em11:  

EXCEPT :
He seems not very familiar /checks the electric part before as he asked somebody to check/confirm the function of the shortcircuit box in the kitchen. When you press the "test" button the electricity of the socket (not the lights) should be cut but it was still function in our flat (another big defect!).

Please check every part of your flat in details (especially the area that you cannot see directly).

好危險啊.
如果無漏電protect 的socket 發生漏電 有機會令全層停電 :em03:

Already tested. No problem

When I pressed the "test" button (水製) all electrical itmes powered off (except all lights). :em11:

I asked 收樓處 today and they said only the Switch besides the "Test" button will jump when the Test button is pressed.  All sockets off except lights.  :em11:
