關於冷氣機維修問題

想問d關於冷氣機的問題:
請問有冇人知道如果冷氣機室外機頭壞咗(或加雪種) 咁會點樣維修呢?? 用吊船在室外維修機頭?? Or 要在屋內取回室外機頭呢?? 如果係要在屋內取回室外機頭 – 咁會好大工程喎!!! 咁如果真係的話 咁我哋洗唔洗做定準備 (eg. 做定一個生口位係室內 以便日後維修)???  請指教!!  Thank you!

Mgt office said that they can rent 吊船 to any 業主. But upto this moment just few requests received. If that is the case the charges will very high. I also asked them about the possibility of 做定一個生口位係室內. But they said it may not be work and will reply me within these two days.

Will post any update here once received the reply.
