我有叫佢地執呀不過佢地尋日打電話黎話做好但上到去睇咩都無做過地磚仲係好花空心磚都係空心磚激死我呀! :x

If you not force them they will not change the kitchen & toilet floor to you. I have that experience last week eventually we compromise to change the most oustanding parts totally changed 10pcs. It look better not found there is another 突起．

Don't wait just call the defect division. Otherwise they will not change actively. just put some wax on it ga jar.
