有些朋友好像不知道有問題...
事實是 :
窗鉸(特別係下面的一組)有些會很緊 甚至會互相磨蝕 由於窗有重量 加上安裝得太緊的話 日子過後磨損程度可以很大件事的.

In the cable TV program when 詹生 close the window 窗鉸已經互相踫撞. Test 方法 - 放一張 paper 在窗鉸內 then close the window if paper is broken with a hole it means 窗鉸太緊.

BUT I suggest you to review the cable-TV program to understand what is wrong on it - someone posted the web site to download the TV program.
