Hi

Anyone figure out the plate outside the kitchen has 4 switches but only 3 of them has function (1-Kitchen Light; 2-Kitchen Fan; 3-Corridor light)

And 1 switch left does it refer to the 鮮風system?

no . the final one is for water heater

Which means the Gas heater need to be switchws on by this switch first then goto the bathroom or kitchen to use the bathing and cooking facilities?
