Today i called 管理處 to clarify some queries the staff said :

1) Swimming Pool - 1.2M max
2) Free Internet - Confirmed 管理費 has including FREE internet services it is 無限上網 1.5m獨立專線.
3) Club House - Free us 3 months then charge $150 per flat per month (max 4 membership). Each extra member need $100 per month. The consumption price list is not yet confirmed.

PS: when you receive key they will give you a resident handbook. use little time to read it it has many useful telephone no even has school netwook...and also list out our bus and mini-bus route ga.

1.5M 無限上網? 我最驚係用隻「電聯網絡」咋 ......

我現在用緊6Mb無限上網!  極度Happy!

如果包無限上網的話無理由另外申請!  咁變相慢咗無晒自由!!
