重唔止噤添呀 everybody留意3個盤分別呀 (大多數都好似rc佔優 ops: ):-

1.) 座數 & 單位總數;
2.) 車位總數;
3.) 除 "嘉華"外真係連 "管理費" rc都多過人 :em20:

The content is comparing 3 新盤 which will be 即將入伙.  Comparatively RC's 2nd hand deal is no. 3 (among 3) but accordingly the 2nd hand deal of RC in 2004 increase sharply.
