If I have my design about the house would it be cheaper to contact those 丞辦商 directly?

搵一間熟的公司 / 師傅 tell you what you want and write down all details (e.g. 全屋地板保護先開工). pay (25% 30% 45%) / (30% 30% 40%)
remember not to pay too much before finish

When I bought RC H flat I don't know bedroom without door. Shit I shall pay more to add a wall it will cost too much at lease more 10000 :em01:

我堂兄同老豆一個朋友都係做三行
堂兄係木工手工一流但收費唔平  :!:

好多時d design 公司上傢俬木件都係搵佢因為佢會收到貼住牆無罅位

兩個堂姐伯父堂叔兩個堂兄屋企都係搵佢裝修 ...

由於我無錢所以唔搵佢只用恆倡傢俬  :?
