我有踩~
不過而家已經好少踩新界西, 青衣就更加只踩過一兩次, 黎緊8月7日會踩大冷, 但應該唔會入青衣, 西面只係會途經深水步-->南昌--->荃灣西-->深井--->三聖, 之後入屯門元朗出返上水, 有興趣JOIN既話PM我吧~

我而家已經唔係住係RC了
我地行程會係 沙田-->大圍--->經大埔道出深水步-->南昌-->荃灣西--->青山公路入深井--->屯門三聖--->青山公路入元朗--->上水--->轉大窩西路去大埔-->返回沙田, 全程約90~100公里

如果你踩SP8既話可以中途 join, 再係沙田散水, 摺車架車上東鐵轉西鐵, 一係就由沙田搭一程的士返屋企, 其實摺車上的士無咩難度...有興趣就Add我facebook我俾details你~

之前我都係踩摺車, 而家已經剩係踩roadbike了
