aiii....i am the new joiner...
I check the flat today & find that the conditioner in the small room have water leakage to the wall.
my c fu said if it is the pipe not sealed well, cost $1500
if it it about the air con., it coz around $3000....
so expensive!!....
any c fu suggest ar?!
how much is it?!
the owner said it is not leakage .... not responible about it..... sigh....

應該都係條去水喉裝得唔多好, 當有灰塵阻塞, 喉管又唔夠斜度讓水沖走灰塵, 開冷氣時, 便會倒流入屋. 如果唔整喉, 下次又會好快漏水, 除非經常通走管內灰塵, 問題才不會出現.
