I live in Tsing Yi more than 20 years.  As far as I know no public BBQ site in Tsing Yi.
But I see many guys do it under the the playground under Tsing Yi Bridge.
Personally I don't agree!  Make the place a mess!
I suggest Shing Mum Resourier in Tsuen Wan!  It's nice place and near RC.  

After buying BBQ stuff in Tsuen Wan take taxi to there.  Not expensive.
Although it near Tsuen Wan but the feeling is totally countryside!  :em12:

Maybe we can arrange a BBQ gathering there!
