If you are new comer to the parking lot they will charge you $600 I've been parking there since June and I pay $400 a month.  It is very dusty and your car will be very dirty after a few days there is someone that offer cleaning service at the frequencies of your choice.  Beware there are a lot of mice in the parking lot the mice bit one of my wire under the engine luckily no damage to the car but my engine light is now on an auto mechanic advise me to put some "moth balls" under the hood.

BTW: if you don't want to wash the car yoruself or have someone wash it there is a CRC petrol station down the street with car wash facility which does a good job for $60.
