I want to 噴 'cort' instead of wall-paper. I think it is more suitable than wall-paper in RC coz the humidity is high near the ocean shore. Agree?

Agree and for flat that are built newly the water inside the wall is not yet fully vaporize. That's why I plan to live economically first and save money for a few years and then re-decorate the flat.

just more expensive than painting a little bit. But you can clean up the dirt easily.

it is a painting technique which use 噴鎗 to spray very small particles onto the wall. The particles are various colours and patterns. It is very beautiful but the cost is a little bit higher than plain painting by around HK$ 6000.
