I called MO today they replied that every tower would be the same.
They blamed that the covering has not yet removed. I told them to remover it as soon as possible. Neighbours from Tower 2 please follow-up and called them urged them to do it. Thanks.

I went down to MO on Sat (11/9) and  complain. The guy answered me that they didn't notice there was a different between Tower 2 and other Towers. It was the first time they heard of it.  :twisted:  :evil:  :twisted:
I really angry with them because it was their responsibility to check the defect of the public area. They are not sit in the office and wait until residents complain it. By the way they replied that like the missing letters in the lobby we need to report to them or else nobody will fix it.
So please give call to Gary Lam to complain it. Because I called last week but the lady (the receptionist) didn't pass the message to them. :twisted:
