I think the credibility is low
1) There is no such price offered by developer since April (only one available around $3.2M)
2) they cancelled the plan for second mortgage which allow for 2 year free instalment some time ago...

Conclusion is if it is not a fake transaction it is and old deal at least last year's.

無可能作嘢都要做資料Research 230萬就只可以買細單位. 四月時貨尾價. 星島當然吹水只會唱好內容同廣告已經連成一體無公信力.

2004年2月初發展商得5、6個957呎單位，由28X ~ 31X萬。
2004年2月尾得一個，仲加價要32X萬! 而且最多得一年免供!

入左伙的現樓點會有兩年免供呀? 一定用舊料作野!
