寬頻 can't get DHCP

I got signal (10Mbps FUll Duplex) but I cannot connect to DHCP server.

Is the cable is not standard UTP since I hadn't gone to management office to submit the form.

I am using the RC broadband to post this message. The DHCP server is working in RC right now. Did your networking green light turn on in the back of your computer because it means the cable is working. Only one place can connect. The default setting is the small bedroom. Other rooms you need to pay $150 or DIY. The form is only for email account.

have you checked your IP config ?  has you set fixed IP before ?  If yes DHCP will not work.

I had DIYed I check with hub had signals (10Mbps) but can't get IP

do u have cable tester ? may be some cable was lossed green light on did not repersent all cable(the twisted pair in CAT5) is connected properly...

I finally dialled to PowerCom can get IP now

yes...what's the problem? do they send worker to your home to check?
