我想問下如果唔夠25歲，但已有車牌三年
係咪真係唔租得車架???

Yup...must be 25 and at least 2 yrs+ experiences but doesn't matter weather it's Hk or Overseas.
I rented the Mini Cooper last Sunday unlimited mileage and cost me $300 for half tank of gasoline but anyways good deal. :wink:
