發展商係咪唔肯換浴室及廚房地磚呀?

我個浴室及廚房地磚勁花 幫我執漏的師傅話發展商為了省錢冇做保護 所以好多單位都係同我一樣 但發展商好似話唔肯幫我地換 請問係咪真有其事呢?  :em06:

oh but mine hasn't changed yet.  how tio force them to change ?  I have submitted the defect lists on Apr 5 and then Apr 24 but only about 50% completed.

So long. They always say will complete within 4 weeks. If you submitted on Apr 5 almost 4 weeks passed. Do you have any action plan? :em13:  :em13:  :em13:

I also submitted form on the same date as you status is so far so good.  Around 10 days before they called me saying all defects has been settled and said that they will change the windows after 2 weeks when the windows are ready.  

Re the bricks of kitchen and toilets you should call Defect Office (31651280) tell them you cannot accept the brick quality you think they NEED to change it ar.  If they said "no" you can quote RC mates 's sucessful case lo.

尋日 個執漏師傅同 saga confirm 左會幫佢換左係廁所同廚房 d 當眼又核突既地磚 (因為佢地有人幫 saga 執完 defect 之後整爛左 saga 廁所既地磚)

窗佢都 confirm 左會幫 saga 換 但係因為 d 窗係大陸造 都要一段時間先造好 所以未有咁快可以換到住
