that is the price of Block 3- 48C not the show flat at block 6.

yesterday i go to roof top from floor 50th. woo!!! the view is super super nice!!

o個日我去睇完T6，48H，搭lift走o個陣有兩個agents陪住一對中年夫婦，想sell佢o地買，其中一個望住個price list然後話裝修示範單位(48H)要賣2.2M喎.

唔知佢o地d料堅唔堅o架......

但係尺價高左，只係因為成交的都是比較優質的單位。所以最近的成交價錢當然較高。
