For new flats no need for 吊船. Usually there is already a hook next to the outside unit and a platform. The worker just need to tie himself to the hook.
I have talked to Mr.Lam regards to the air conditioner problem. He told me he can lent the 吊船 to the owner. But I know we need to hire the lisenced people to control the 吊船 and hire the electronic people to fix the air conditioner. In this case we have to hire two people at the same time to fix our air-con. Beside no matter our living level is we need to buy the life insurance for these people and it is not cheap. The total cost for fixing the air-con would be around $5000-7000... Must expensive comparing to the normal market price $800.... Because of the stupid design fault I really dont think we should bear the cost more than market price. One more thing that scare me Mr.Lam said he needs to consolidate all orders (from all flats same tower?) first then start the fixing process..what if owners living in Flat F they are urgently need to fix the air-con. and there is no other order at that time. Is that meaning the owner has to responsible for the total cost?? Strongely believe it should not be our owner's responsiblity. And I see some of the flat owner has already planning to fix their air-con and this become our most urgent issues need management KH and HWL to solve it.
