Hi there

I went to join the Furniture package today. I pay 50% first and I pay the remain 50% when the renovation complete.

I asked the sales where is the electric plug in the bedroom (I'm T2 Flat C) strangely it is hidden by the bed. The power supply of the TV is located in the master bedroom... :!:

I think we have to ask 'someone' to give us the location of the plug so that we can know how to buy the furnitures... :em16:

Do you guys know how to get it? THX. :wink:

no need to pay interest ma... the sales claimed that if we join the package the interest is about HK$ 11000... :wink:

理論上係唔使俾interest if you already have the amound of money 因為你
o個時就會有多 $39000 俾係個尾數度而唔係問銀行借多 $39000

只要你係有 $39000 多餘錢何來多左息呢?

不過你係預先俾哂d 錢帊搛? ~
係econ 既角度黎睇都係唔化算左

如果 39000 都分期你俾既息就會係按揭個利息

thanks but no idea about whether $39000 furniture package is cheap or expensive or not and also don't know the deadline of "hangcheong".
