又有新股上市

呢個星期有兩隻新股招股:

2333 - 長城汽車 (招股價HK$10.05-13.40 03預測市盈率為9.47倍-12.6倍 12月3日公開招股 12月9日定價 12月15日掛牌上市)

2628 - 中國人壽 (招股價HK$2.98-3.65 04預測市盈率為11.5倍-14倍 12月8日公開招股 12月18日掛牌上市)


大家點睇呀? 會唔會抽?

2333 - 長城汽車: Not sure.  Need to get a prospectus tomorrow to study before decide.

2628 - 中國人壽: Probably will apply.  But it's like a lucky draw coz not many shares available.  May apply under the name of father mother brother ... to have a higher chance to get some shares.

H and H

It is likely that 2628 will one applicant will have at least one lot
but 2333 may not so 2333 like lucky draw than 2628

2333 Not many place that we can take the form Standard Chartered at Causeway Bay is one of the place that the Chartered staff told me but she said the forms were totally out today morning.

No form can be taken from BOC

銀 行 與 證 券 行 一 方 面 為 下 周 公 開 招 股 的 中 國 人 壽 與 福 建 紫 金 作 好 準 備 ， 而 進 入 第 二 天 招 股 的 長 城 汽 車 ， 但 負 責 收 票 的 渣 打 銀 行 仍 在 大 排 長 龍 。 雖 然 長 城 汽 車 於 本 周 六 才 截 止 認 購 ， 但 消 息 人 士 透 露 ， 估 計 長 城 汽 車 將 超 額 認 購 四 百 倍 ， 而 凍 結 資 金 最 少 達 六 百 五 十 億 元 .....
