噤你地有冇take out catalogue? can scan the "單位間格" / 平面圖 to them to see that just for reference.

講真...我晚晚都望住深灣軒，佢地個view真係幾正，但以鴨利洲地段而言
要做豪宅有點兒那個，要成四千蚊呎.......你估九七年咩，
反之真正深灣遊艇會那邊的居屋....雅濤閣就真係360度無敵大海景啦。
唉，如果我唔係當年買左樓，我一早用白表申請...而家在那裡做業主了。
講番深灣軒個價，其實佢地的對像是就來清拆的黃竹坑村居民，所以而家班地產佬
無里頭抬高個底價，等內購時好似好勁，講真....三K比多佢。
