Yesterday I received the CLP bill ask me to pay the deposite.
However I have pay the deposite a year ago.  I checked the address is same as me. I phoned to CLP they said they did not verify the address and the applicantion.  On the bill it have the phone of the applicant. I tried to contact her. Someone answered me he also not a perosn of the application.  Today I will report to police to make a case.  
Anyone to make a precaustion for the case.

填錯地址就話o者電話都填其他人 名都可能係假...

Today I received the letter from Card Center for someone who  use my address to apply the visa again.  This is the second time  for this person who named (Gracia Sandrine Carmen) to use my address. I have reported this case to Card Center and Police. I think this person is living in our estate.  If someone know her pls warning her and update her record in  this RamblerCrest net for someone to take care.
