請問租金大約幾$?

如果根據差餉單的計算差餉物業估價處對RC的市值租金之評估約7000/月所以如果出面租6500-7500是合理價錢!

I think if your friend would like to rent a flat at this moment it's better to be quicker as the interest rate is increased and more people would prefer to rent house. Then the rent will be increased very soon.
