真想問又無專車 又無垃圾袋 又無對講機.....
是何等的"特別"服務?

You need to consider that some of the things like central air unit double-glazed window that other estate may not be provided. Even though some of us doesn't like it but they're value-added.
I may said if there is an opportunity to choose again either buy RC or other estate. Some of us still chose RC again.  For sure some may not. Be honest for me I still chose RC because the price is affordable the environment is still OK the location is fine...
By the way we have 對講機 function with the use of residential line even mobile phone. If you're not clear how to use you can call MO.
BE HAPPY !!! Tomorrow will be better !!

我不是很upset 因為住在這裡有另外的因素令我很開心 例如 屋企人 樓價升左少少 以及鄰居都令我很滿意
說回 當時及現在 以百零萬可買到全新樓盤都叫做近市區仍然這裡是首選 其他又買唔起....
只是自由行對我們現今的影響
老實說 : 當初是低估了
而這裡的管理我亦相當失望
絕對有別於我多年來住過的屋企
無論係管理及屋苑設施方面都好令人失望!
希望酒店盡快有免費的 shuttle bus 比自由行

我都同意你所講的，班自由行見唔駛錢有車搭，多數點都係間房等到夠鐘就落去搭車，所以唔會幫唔到我地d 乜.
