By my experience if the mouse is living in your house you may find its stool & would be near the food they eaten or the place they lived in. Pls check!

Of course it was a long time ago at around July. You need to take out the skirt very carefully (because it was very easily to break) then use a torch for lighting you need to lay down on the floor remember to wear a mask. I'll prefer to use vacuum cleaner to clean inside.
