It's up to us whether we want to use or not but I appreciate the attitude of RC Mgt office which will consider value-added service for residents. :em11:
P.S. Installing a post box on the street is long-term and is up to the Government's decision while setting up value-added service is an interium solution that RC provides. They are different.
