有無人問過cable tv or 管理處? 有什麼問題還未能cover 藍澄灣?

就以上問題，有線電視已將責任推到ＥＭＯ那邊，他們解釋：ＥＭＯ應該要繳付安裝費才可收看有線電視，而有線電視已經完成鋪線工作，隨時可以收看。但ＥＭＯ幾時付錢就不知道。

Why EMO have to pay installation fee? Will the fee be deducted from our management fee? :?: The installation should be paid by cable's customer or waived by the cable
