is it true need to pay monthly fee for the swimming pool?

I have read here that need to pay HK$150/month.  It is for family or one person only?  I really discontent for that how about the 1200 management for?  No shuttle bus can't enjoy the facilities??   Is it different to live in Gov't housing ???

$150 is not for swimming pool is for the club house the swimming suposed not need to pay for monthly fee but have to pay for each time whe you use.
