但係要油油同牆才會做單起牆唔只這個價

我決定起板牆....因為唔想間屋有太大變動
另外曾想過半開放式.....半板+tv櫃約$6000

I have talked to my contractor.  He said that this price is quoted when there are other renovation jobs to do as well.

Yet since his workers are now working in RC he does not mind to offer a low price (say around $4K) for building wall (brick) + door only.

You are welcomed to call him at his mobile 81019802 and his name is Tak Wah. You can quote "introduced by MR. Choi in RC" :roll:
