you're welcome.. but.. it's really hard to write the results of today meeting.. As i got Mr Lam (Management Groups) really have 'HEART' to help us solve our defect problems.. but... he can't / doesn't have right to promise us somethings..such as when to finish all defects problems.. According to his reasons it's really case by case... i agree that he is just one staff of Hutchison Whampoa.. Anyway it's a good start of solving problems... i hope the defect status will be improve after today meeting..
just a reminder from a friend working for developer (not HWL/CK)...
We should target the complaints to the boss level who will take final responsibility if things go wrong. The peer level will got the real pressure afterwards.
On the other hand if announced to the public and tear off the face they might probably react adversely since the boss is already taking the blame by his bigger bose.
So to find the REAL RESPONSIBLE PERSON is more important. If possible should ask from MO.
i agree. If possible the most directly way is 'complaint' to Mr Lee Ki Sing but.. i hope that we can do it steps by steps. That's why we hold this meeting yesterday... For the possible feedback (just my opinions) we should give time for management group do somethings for us first. If it's still the same results i take higher level action to complaint.
