if most of us not to pay do you think THE CLUB HOUSE will reduce the Entry price to attract us lei?? or will they use "ay by Consumption" ?  They should need some steady income to cover their maintence cost bo.

i totally agree Pay by Consumption unless they don't charge us $150 monthly fee.

最起碼 酒店每間房都應該比返會籍錢.

其實佢咁做分明就係唔想比住客用或者係減少住客既使用量咁就可以令到d設施好似剩係比d酒店客用羅

What I heard from management is that there is two charge method:-

1) Monthly fee + cheap pay per each use fee

2) No monthly fee but expensive pay per each use fee
