恒昌 staff replied us that we can down grade from 49000 package to 39000 package the extra 10000 can custom make other furnitures but not refundable :em01:

We checked with those transformable furniture which are not too practice.  So that we would like to choose or tailor make something practical with 恒昌 within that $10k
