wow...are u all kiddin gar...I bought in end of Sep and it cost me approx 2.5M....even furniture included..there shouldn't be such a big different la..I have checked the price from quite a few agents before I bought ga la...anyway I do think it worth though since RC give me great satisfaction uptill now. :em12:

似乎係through 個別agent 問題 有可能相同單位但唔同層數 高層反而平過低層都有機會o架....

要睇返層數同座向........買樓時agent都同我講因為前面有間酒店....所以景觀問題..........AH單位低及高層單位較中層單位貴D...........同埋有D人會加埋會傢俬套餐落個按揭入面.....所以睇落尺價會高左.......亦有D人會一次過比3成又或都用首置.......咁買樓時都有優惠..............

My price is cheaper than 3-37D but much higher than 37/F and includes 傢俬套餐.
So it should be 越賣越平.....
