MY FRIEND'S FRIEND WANT TO SEEK A FLAT WHICH IS
1. AS LARGE AS POSSIBLE
2. ARROUND 1 M
3. EASY TRAFFIC
4. HIGH POTENTIAL TO RISE IN PRICE
5. AS NEW AS POSSIBLE
I KNOW RC IS A GOOD EXAMPLE
WHAT ELSE IS GOOD CANDIDATE?

你發緊夢呀向RC只有你先可以以呎個價賣比佢咁你咪賣大包囉益你個朋友既朋友囉唔駛日日都睇後市去向又問埋晒d不切實際既問題........

Good Idea! There's a lot of Tong flats around Mongkok or Wanchai!
1. AS LARGE AS POSSIBLE  <---500' could be really 700'!!!
2. ARROUND 1 M    <---You may find at 10th floor
3. EASY TRAFFIC    <--- very easy la... unless he work in shataukok
4. HIGH POTENTIAL TO RISE IN PRICE <--- wooo~ If you find Li +X to "buy up" the area you earn 10 times!!! $-)
5. AS NEW AS POSSIBLE          <--- Quite new la as compare with SaiWan. You can still book mortgage la now for 50 years buildings.
