Asked Whampao staff today they said Free Shuttle Bus is still in negotiation....Govt doesn't want to affect the business of other bus/min bus company woo.  i think the chance of Free Shuttle Bus after we move in is quite low chance ar....

re mini bus i just read the RC resident handbook today(received when get the key) it has listed out the route of mini bus from Kwai Fong to RC and from Tsing Yi to RC.

Any transport can go to Kwun Tong / Lam Tin directly beside MTR ?

RC only has mini bus to Tsing Yi and Kwai Fong MTR Station.  For other transport you should go in bus stations near RC i.e. 長青／美景(just opposite of RC).
re Kwun Tong/Lam Tin you may need to check ... i am not sure.
