When you find that the new road is noisy it will be too late for you to do anything. If you think that the current carpark is too noisy please consider what will happen when a main trunk road will build on this carpark and over thousands of trucks go thru this road everyday!

totally agree anything we can do/advise relevant depts to do must rise out before they take action. I sincerely believe even that EPD said the noise factor is not a "problem" if councillor and residents strike for some sort of noise prevention facilities the gov't will still take our advise IF WE STRIKE TO THE LAST MOMENT.
I am residents of flat C somehow not directly affected by the main road. However as a member of RC I believe some sort of facilities to block the noise would not only good for residents of Tower 1 but to the whole RC too.
Thus if there is anything I can help I will do it. Please don't be selfish or silent thx.
