Club House Fee

Hello All

Has been the Club House fee confirmed to pay each month $150 and each pay per charge?? Cos I cant believe that as we have paid the management fee to cover these things and all the estates that I known does not monthly fee for such thing. It's so ridiculous!!!  :x  Beside we do not have complete (or much) facility as 蔚藍灣畔  昇悅居 維景灣畔 & 宇晴軒 etc. And we are paying almost the same management fee at $1.3 but less facility. Is he nuts or what?!

Can any one tells me that it is not true...  :cry:

it is ridiculous the agent said the management fee is cheaper than other estates and the facilates are quit ok too however if we need to pay $150 monthy fee what  the management fee different between the other estates and we also needed to pay for each facilates. It is not fair.

我個agent叫我買個陣重誇話咩球都有得玩我一聽就知佢吹水因為至少無得踢波丫跟住我望下原來真係得個泳池咋喎不過個陣都接受左嘩而家咁既價分明叫我地唔用比班酒店客用啫個費用真係好貴很貴好很貴!!!!!

係咪全家人都玩既話就係計人頭收錢?係既話不如佢唔好開啦 :em10:
