I also want to setup fishbowl however rejected by my another half. Because she said I don't have time to take care of them. Then this job will be handle by her instead of me. So she reject my suggestion. Actually I don't have any experience in tropic fish or non-tropic fish. Any one can give me some suggestion what kind of fish is suitable for me? Basically easy to take care one should be suitable for me.

You should consider fishbowl with plastic fishes swiming up and down or just TV fishbowl... You would not require to take care of it and it will be welcome by your another half too.

Oh what should I say... May be buy the fishbowl with water glass first and give a excuse that it is good for 風水 . Then for few week later increase the no. of fish gradually. May be she will not has a too big reaction. But may be cannot work.

or reverse buy the fish first I think she will not treat it as a dinner and steam it. So you have the execuse to buy fishbowl to keep them alive then water glass stones and other decoration latter...
