certain bank called me and said
i cannot give them the policy statement of fire insurance of 05-jan-01 NOW
so i need to pay

the mgmt office told me that they are not able to give me the policy statement of fire insurance of 05-jan-01 NOW

i know that everyone of my neighbours are not complaining about this.

that means every other neighbour dont need to give the bank the policy statement of fire insurance of 05-jan-01 NOW and they still dont need to pay for fire insurance of 05-jan-01

so i conclude it is banks problem

Moreover did you ask your bank that a copy of Master policy can be submitted on or before the expire date.
